Rayna Toman, Divisional Director, Compliance
Rayna joined ReCap in January 2009, having held senior finance and compliance roles with Macquarie Group, Schroders Australia Group and Gresham Investment House.
Rayna’s role encompasses compliance, corporate governance, risk management and oversight of ReCap’s Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorism Financing programme. Her major strengths are in managing finance and compliance functions, and being proactive in developing and implementing strategies in a changing company and regulatory environment.
Rayna is a qualified Chartered Accountant, who has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and a Master of Business Administration (Executive) with the Australian Graduate School of Management.
