Stuart Nisbett, Investment Review Committee Member
Stuart has more than 20 years experience in property development, project finance, equity raising and corporate advisory in Australasia and Asia. He also has extensive contacts within the Australian property industry, the finance sector and institutional investors.
Through involvement with three of the major recent office projects in Sydney, namely, the Darling Park Towers, the Citigroup Tower and the Ernst & Young Tower, Stuart has had extensive experience with major commercial office projects and tenancy negotiations.
At Rothschild, Stuart was a Managing Director and Head of Property, establishing the property banking and investment banking business into one with a substantial presence in the Australian property market. In late 2006 the Rothschild Australian banking operations were sold to Investec Australia.
Prior to joining Rothschild in late 2001, Stuart was Head of Structured Finance and Property Advisory at Macquarie Bank Limited. In addition, Stuart was a senior development and finance executive with the Lend Lease Group from 1989 to 1998.
