The first round of investments, which included interests in 178 Georges Terrace, Perth and the Park Hyatt Hotel, Sydney has provided attractive returns to EntRE’s initial investors.

Direct property assets178 St Georges Terrace, Perth - The property was acquired for $12.88m in July 2007 and was sold in April 2008 for $19.3m.
420 Collins Street, Melbourne – New leases were executed, which increased rents by over 30%.  The strata was reconfigured and three titles subsequently sold.  A fourth title is still held by the Fund.
Indirect property assetsPark Hyatt, Sydney – The sale of the property was completed on 29 February 2008, providing a return of $1.42 per unit on the investment cost of $1.01 per unit.
Securities investmentsDue to the short term volatility in the listed property securities market, EntRE has not invested in this sector. The fund may time future investments in this sector to take advantage of value based buying opportunities.
Market linked investmentsEntRE did not invest in the Hong Kong market as outlined in the initial PDS due to the global financial crisis.  The fund currently holds no market linked investments.
