Real estate assets in Australia and overseas. The assets are acquired at value and depending on the return profile, either sold for gain or held for regular income and capital growth, often through active asset management.

Real estate securities focus on ReCap active and active plus portfolio strategies, which comprises a portfolio of LPT and unlisted securities that provide an attractive return.

The Fund may also participate as a pre IPO financier and underwriter for selected offers, including offers made by ReCap.
The allocation to each of the markets is a function of the timing of investments in assets as this market is opportunity driven and illiquid in nature.
The Fund will hold proceeds allocated to asset investment in LPT securities using the active and active-plus strategies of the REIF, which have historically provided an attractive yield and absolute return.
