ReCap to manage funds
19/Nov/08"Real Estate Capital Partners (ReCap) will be the responsible entity for two funds previously managed by Bill Ireland's Mariner Financial. At an extraordinary general meeting on Friday, investors voted in favour of Mariner infrastructure Trust No. 1 (which operates Sudney Opera House car park) and the listed Mariner American Property Income Trust, being handed over to ReCap. ReCap chief executive Andrew Saunders said there would be an immediate strategic review of the funds."
