ReCap's board and management have a commitment to ensure that our operations are conducted ethically, responsibly and with the highest standards of integrity.
The board is currently reviewing its policies to ensure they comply with all of the ASX's Corporate Governance Council's Revised Governance Principles and Recommendations. The policies will be available on our website once they are approved by the board.
Best practice in corporate governance continues to evolve. ReCap's board will keep its policies under regular review to ensure they are in the best interests of shareholders and the market.
