The Real Estate Capital Partners USA Property Trust (RCU) invests in US property assets.  The Trust has a diversified property investment portfolio that contains seven well-located, high quality retail, office and industrial properties in five different states in the US (please refer to Portfolio Assets section).  
 
Real Estate Capital Partners retains US based asset managers to help manage the Trust's portfolio of US property assets.  They complement the Responsible Entity's Australian based team of executives who have proven track records in structuring both Australian and international property investments. 

On 7 November 2008 Mariner American Property Income Trust unit holders approved the resignation of Mariner Securities Limited and the appointment of Real Estate Capital Partners Managed Investments Limited as the Responsible Entity for the fund. This change took effect from Wednesday 12 November 2008.
